Rules and regulations

  • The apartment will be available from 15:00 till 18:00 o'clock


  • The apartment should be vacated between 08:00 and 10:00 o'clock on the departure day


  • No animals are allowed in the appartment


  • To confirm the reservation a deposit payment is requested of 30% of the entire amount


  • On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is requested , which will be handed back to you on departure after a final check of the appartment and inventory


  • The remaining amount of the reservation is requested on arrival
